Educational Post 4: Cyber Bullying and How to Stop It

​

I believe that you all heard about Cyber-Bullying. Do you know how hard it is to deal with it? ​

Considering the fact that people who are subjected  to cyber bullying also face being bullied in the real life, which makes things worse. There are a few things we can do to prevent it. ​

1- Do not respond to them because that’s what they want you to do. ​

2- Try not to take their comments seriously and do not reread them. ​

3- If you can, block them from your social media accounts and seek help from an adult.​

4-If bullying keeps happening, collect data, messages, images, email, posts etc. first report their messages to the posts.​

5- As a last choice report them to authorities. ​
